Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the time of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any purchase.
Several types of services provided by BoostUpvotes are exempt from being returned due to the nature of their delivery.
These services include:
- Marketing services
- Survey and audience testing services
As these services are digital and begin delivery immediately after the order is received, they cannot be refunded. In the case that the service could not begin delivery due to issues with your submitted material, your account will automatically be credited for the value of the order.
By placing an order, you warrant that all information submitted is correct and as you wish it to be fulfilled. Refunds and platform credits cannot be granted due to errors in information submitted by customers. Order details cannot be changed after the order is placed, as delivery begins immediately after purchase.

Platform and/or account credits can be refunded for the value of the unused amount remaining on your account, as long as the request is received within 30 days of their purchase. Any promotional or other bonuses applied to the initial deposit are deducted from the amount refunded.
To complete your refund request, we require an electronic receipt or proof of purchase.
If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days set by your bank or method of payment.
